The Glass Buchner Funnel is a staple filtration apparatus in laboratories. Technical data
Precautions:
1. Check the buchner funnel with glass frit for any damage or cracks. Before use, it should be filtered with acid solution and then rinsed thoroughly with distilled water. After drying, it can be used.
2. For the sterilizing filter, sterilize it under high pressure before use. After use, it should be filtered with washing solution and then soaked in the washing solution for 48 hours.
3. Take it out, rinse it with distilled water, filter and dry it for storage. Wait until the oven cools down to room temperature before opening it to prevent cracking.
4. After use, it must be washed to avoid clogging due to sediment and affecting the filtration efficiency.
