Overview
A disposable syringe filter membrane is a convenient tool for liquid and gas sample filtration. It utilizes a pore membrane technology that effectively removes particulate impurities to ensure sample purity, accuracy, and reliability of experimental results. It has good chemical compatibility and pressure resistance. Materials include: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) which has extremely strong chemical compatibility and is suitable for filtering almost all organic solvents and strong corrosive chemicals; PES (polyether sulfone) which has a fast and low protein adsorption characteristic, but is not resistant to strong acids and bases, organic solvents; Nylon which is a naturally hydrophilic polymer with high mechanical strength and good chemical stability; PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) which is non-absorbent, can be repeatedly heat-press sterilized, is resistant to chemical corrosion and oxidation; MCE (mixed cellulose ester) which is a bioinert membrane with uniform pore size, fast flow rate, low leaching, and low risk of secondary pollution during filtration process.
