Overview
The Cast Iron Remelting Machine is applicable to the recasting and white-mouthed processing of metal material samples such as cast iron and pig iron. 1. The melting speed is rapid, and the maximum temperature can reach 1700℃.
2.With a dedicated pouring device, there is no need to transfer the crucible or employ crucible tongs. The molten sample can be directly poured into the pre-prepared mold to cast the desired sample shape.

4. The appearance is neat and elegant. The enclosed operation ensures a high safety coefficient for the operator.

Working Environment Conditions:
1. The power supply requirements are three-phase four-wire (three live wires and one ground wire) 380V, with a protective ground wire. The cable should be no less than 10 square meters, and the air switch should be 3P 63A or above.
2. The voltage fluctuation of the power supply should be no more than 10%, the frequency fluctuation should be no more than 0.5%, and the grounding resistance of the ground wire should be no more than 4Ω. When leaving the factory, the length of the power cord of the unit is 3m.
3. Requirements for the indoor placement: There should be no intense vibration, magnetic field, corrosive gas, and good ventilation.
Notes:
1. Equipment Inspection: Confirm that all components are intact, fasteners are not loose, and the electrical, cooling and lubrication systems are normal.
2. Material Preparation: Ensure that the materials are clean, dry and free of impurities.
3. Standardized Operation: Operate strictly in accordance with the regulations, wear protective gear, and pay attention to parameters such as temperature and pressure.
4. Safety Protection: Maintain ventilation, ensure the sensitivity of the emergency stop device, and avoid personnel approaching dangerous areas.
5. Equipment Cleaning: Clean the equipment and the surrounding environment to eliminate potential faults.

7. Fire Prevention: Equip with fire-fighting equipment and conduct regular checks.
8. When the instrument is in operation, there may be slight vibration. Please install the instrument on a flat and level base. The bottom must be stable and free from vibration.
