1. Controlled by a 5-inch color touchscreen, it can autonomously set the  process parameters such as operating time, heating temperature, gas path flow rate and so on.
2. The integrated heating and lifting sample stage has a lifting stroke of 50mm, facilitating the adjustment of the distance between the sample and the UV lamp.
3. The sample stage is equipped with constant temperature control, featuring intelligent PID temperature regulation. The setting range is from RT to 200℃, and the temperature control accuracy is ±1℃.
4. The flow rate, heating, and UV lamp can be automatically and independently controlled for activation and deactivation. The processing can be manually interrupted.
5. The combined processing mode allows for free selection: whether to enable the heating function of the sample stage and open the oxygen supply gas path.
6. The cleaning parameter settings are automatically stored and historical records are generated to prevent the oblivion of experimental data.
7. It is safe and reliable. During the equipment operation, when the cover of the cleaning chamber is opened, the UV lamp will automatically turn off, and a pop-up window will prompt to avoid UV damage.
8. Standardly equipped with digital flow rate display (capable of being connected to oxygen or ozone), the gas supply flow rate of the gas path can be adjusted.
9. The upper-mounted sample stage and the top-flip cover design facilitate the placement and removal of samples, with simple and rapid operation.
10. With dual-wave UV light sources at wavelengths of 254nm and 185nm, the lamp tube has a lifespan of approximately 8,000 hours. It is equipped with a UV reflector to homogenize the sample irradiation.
11. One-click operation is available to reduce work intensity.

Before Operation:
1. Inspect the appearance and connections of the equipment to ensure that the power cord is intact, and has a reliable grounding.
2. Put on protective equipment such as long-sleeved clothing, gloves, and anti-ultraviolet glasses, and avoid looking directly at the ultraviolet lamp.
3. Place the items to be cleaned steadily on the cleaning platform to ensure no obstructions.

During Operation:
1. Set the parameters rationally in accordance with the cleaning requirements and avoid frequent power-on and power-off operations.
2. Ensure adequate ventilation of the equipment to prevent the accumulation of ozone.
3. Monitor the operating status of the equipment. In case of any anomalies, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

After Operation:
1. After the cleaning is completed, wait for 5 to 10 minutes and take out the items after the ozone has dissipated.
2. Shut down the equipment and disconnect the power supply.
3. Regularly clean and maintain the equipment to guarantee its long-term stable operation.
