Overview
Vacuum Freeze Dryer is a drying device that uses freezing and vacuum technology to remove moisture from materials through sublimation in a low-temperature and low-pressure environment. It can retain the original structure, nutritional components and biological activity of the materials to the greatest extent.

Technical data
Precautions:
1. The temperature and humidity of the operating environment for the freeze dryer should be maintained within the range of 10°C to 30°C, and the relative humidity should be less than 80%.
2. The working environment of the freeze dryer should be one without conductive dust, explosive, corrosive gases, and interference from strong electromagnetic fields.
3. When the cumulative working hours of the vacuum pump reach 200 hours or the color of the vacuum pump oil turns brown, the pump oil should be replaced promptly to prevent malfunctions of the vacuum pump.
4. Do not frequently switch the refrigeration unit on and off. After the refrigeration unit shuts down, it is necessary to wait for at least 3 minutes before restarting to avoid damage to the refrigeration unit.
5. When powering off, inflation should be carried out first, and then the vacuum pump should be turned off to prevent the vacuum pump from returning oil and contaminating the sample.
6. The connection between the acrylic drying barrel and the main unit is sealed with a silicone rubber seal ring. The seal ring should be kept clean and protected from scratches. Organic glass must not be wiped with organic solvents.
7. After the freeze dryer is used, the moisture at the cold trap opening and inside the cold trap should be wiped clean.
8. Regular inspections and maintenance of components such as the vacuum pump and the refrigeration unit should be conducted to ensure their normal operation.
