Precautions:
1. Before connecting to the power supply, ensure that the switch on the control panel is in the off state.
2. When it is necessary to halt the operation, first turn off the power switch on the control panel. Do not disconnect the power directly.
3. In the event of a sudden power outage, switch off the power switch of the test chamber. If restart is required, wait for at least 30 minutes before initiating the startup. An immediate startup after a power failure may impact the lifespan of the compressor and could even lead to its damage.
4. When transporting, strive to maintain horizontality, with the tilt not exceeding 45 degrees. Placing it in a well-ventilated and dry location is conducive to heat dissipation of the machine and enhances working efficiency.
5. When placing specimens, leave a certain space between specimens and between specimens and the inner liner to guarantee the flow of cold air and uniform cooling.
6. For objects with high humidity and those prone to moisture loss, it is advisable to enclose them in a sealed bag before placement to prevent moisture release. Moisture release may cause frosting within the working chamber, affecting the cooling process.
7. It is strictly prohibited to place volatile and flammable gases or liquids in the chamber, such as strong acids, strong alkalis, gasoline, alcohol, and the like.
8. It is not recommended to place an excessive number of specimens at once to avoid a sluggish temperature drop and failure to meet the test requirements.
9. After usage, disconnect the power supply, remove the test specimens, open the door of the freezer to allow for natural temperature rise. Once the frost layer melts, drain the water and wipe it dry using a soft cloth.
