Liquid Chemical Resistant Workwear is protective equipment used to guard against chemical hazards. It is suitable for low to moderate chemical risk environments, such as industrial operations, laboratories, and emergency response scenarios. Light-duty protective suits are semi-enclosed protective suits, while heavy-duty protective suits are fully enclosed protective suits.
Features
1. Protective performance: Effectively blocks toxic gases, liquids and particles, providing chemical protection.
2. Durability: Made of high-strength materials, it is resistant to puncture and tear, and is long-lasting.
3. Seamless splicing: The seams are double vulcanized internally and externally, ensuring good sealing. The main fabric of the heavy-duty chemical protective suit is made of flame-retardant and adhesive-treated silk fabric, coated with flame-retardant and chemical-resistant surface rubber on both sides. The main fabric only carbonizes when exposed to fire and melting droplets.
4. High-sealing airtight zipper: The zipper is made of corrosion-resistant pure copper, with rubber gaskets added at the seams. It has excellent protective performance in extremely harsh chemical environments.
5. Overpressure exhaust valve: Maintains a low positive pressure of 4 mbar inside the suit.
