Overview
The Flash Point Analyzer is an instrument used to measure the lowest temperature at which vapors emitted by a liquid, semi-liquid, or certain solid material ignite momentarily when exposed to a flame under specified test conditions. Flash point is an important indicator for assessing the flammability and safety performance of substances, and is widely used in the petrochemical, coatings, paints, solvents and other industries.

1. Place the instrument at least 5 meters away from any fire source.
2. Avoid significant changes in atmospheric pressure.
3. Operators should wear high-temperature resistant gloves and goggles.
4. Follow the operation manual strictly to prevent misoperation.
5. Keep the detection ring clean and do not immerse it in the oil sample.
6. Clean and dry the oil cup thoroughly after each sample changed.
7. When igniting, the flame size, distance and dwell time should meet the standard requirements.
8. Storage environment: temperature 10℃~35℃, relative humidity <85%, free of corrosive gases.
9. Regularly check the accuracy of the temperature sensor, and it is recommended to calibrate it once a year.
