The Charpy Impact Tester is a frequently employed apparatus in laboratories. It can perform impact tests on metallic materials to examine their physical properties. With semi-automatic control, it is straightforward to operate, and the remaining energy after the Pendulum breaks the specimen can automatically raise the pendulum. The microcomputer-controlled type is an ideal testing instrument for measuring the impact resistance of metallic materials under dynamic loads. Actions such as pendulum lifting, impact, and pendulum lowering of this device can all be automatically controlled, and the display mode is dual-display. Cantilever beams and simply supported beams are utilized for determining the impact toughness of non-metallic materials.

Technical data

Working Environment Conditions:
1. The room temperature should range from 10 to 35℃.
2. The relative humidity should not be greater than 85%.
3. In an environment without corrosive media.

Precautions:
1. The Semi Automatic Charpy Impact Tester needs to be installed on a concrete foundation with a thickness of no less than 150mm or fixed on a base weighing more than 880 kg. The levelness of the installation reference surface on the machine base should be adjusted within 0.2/1000. The foundation should be constructed in accordance with the drawings.
2. Equipment Inspection: Confirm the levelness of the equipment, the integrity of components, the verticality of the pendulum, and the absence of obstacles within the movement range.
3. Safety Protection: It is strictly prohibited to approach the movement range of the pendulum physically.
4. Equipment Operation: Select the appropriate pendulum energy, ensure the pendulum is firmly fixed, and align the notch with the cutting edge.
5. Data Recording: Record sample information, impact energy, fracture morphology, etc. accurately.
6. Equipment Maintenance: Clean the equipment and inspect the fasteners.
7. Safety Check: Ensure the pendulum is returned to its original position and the power supply is cut off.
8. Regular Maintenance: Inspect the gap of the electromagnetic clutch and power on the equipment regularly when it is idle.
