Precautions:​​
1.During the aliquoting process, personnel must wear gloves, masks, goggles, and other protective equipment to prevent biological contamination or chemical exposure.
2.Aliquot processing shall be conducted in a clean, sterile environment to avoid external contamination.
3.Each sample must be accurately labeled with patient information, sample type, collection time, and other relevant details to prevent misidentification.
4.After each use, the aliquoting module and tubing must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to eliminate residual contamination.
5.Operate the equipment within its specified maximum throughput to avoid mechanical failures caused by overloading.
6.In the event of abnormalities (e.g., blockage, liquid leakage, or barcode recognition failure), immediately shut down the equipment, document the issue, and follow established protocols for resolution.
