The Automatic Polarimeter is an instrument used to measure the optical rotation of substances. By determining the optical rotation of samples, it can be used to analyze and determine the concentration, content and purity of substances, etc.

1. It adopts high-precision photoelectric sensors and optical components, capable of accurately detecting the angle change of polarized light after passing through the sample. The measurement accuracy is usually up to ±0.001°, which can meet the precise detection requirements of trace optically active substances.

1. Place the instrument on a stable and level platform, avoiding direct sunlight, vibration, and strong electromagnetic interference. Ensure good air circulation around the instrument and keep it away from corrosive gases and liquids to prevent moisture damage.
2. Check the instrument's appearance for any damage, ensure all components are securely installed, and verify that power cords, data cables, and other connections are normal to ensure the instrument is in good working condition.
3. After measurement, promptly clean the polarimeter tube and sample chamber. Rinse the polarimeter tube with distilled water or an appropriate solvent to remove residual samples, preventing crystallization or deterioration that could affect subsequent measurements. Also, wipe the sample chamber and the instrument's surface to maintain cleanliness and dryness.
4. Turn off the instrument's power, unplug the power cord, and return the instrument to its initial state. Store the polarimeter tube and other accessories properly to avoid damage.
5. Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy and stability. Clean the interior and exterior of the instrument regularly to maintain its good condition.
6. During operation, avoid direct observation of the instrument's light source to prevent eye damage.
