Precautions:
1. The ambient temperature should range from 5°C to 35°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
2. The instrument should be installed on a stable and solid ground away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure good ventilation in the laboratory to facilitate heat dissipation.
3. The laboratory should be kept away from flammable, explosive, corrosive, and radioactive substances and environments.
4. After turning on the machine, it needs to be preheated to a stable state to ensure stable instrument performance. Strictly control the temperature inside the furnace to ensure uniform temperature and reach the required test temperature.
5. The sample should be evenly spread in the ash dish to avoid accumulation, ensuring uniform combustion.
6. The burned sample should be cooled to room temperature in a desiccator before weighing to prevent absorption of moisture from the air.
7. When using for the first time or after a long period of inactivity, furnace treatment is required.
8. Do not suddenly remove the thermocouple at high temperatures to prevent the protective sheath from cracking.
9. Regularly clean the residual substances in the furnace chamber to keep it clean.
10. Regularly check the integrity of components such as electrodes, sensors, and thermocouples, and replace aged or damaged parts in a timely manner.
11. Do not touch or scratch the LCD screen with sharp objects.
