Overview
Acid-Base Concentration Meter calculates concentration by detecting the linear relationship between the solution's conductivity and concentration. Temperature changes can cause fluctuations in conductivity. Therefore, when paired with a Digital PH Electrode, it can automatically compensate for the influence of environmental temperature, ensuring data accuracy.

Technical data

Precautions:
1. Storage temperature and humidity: Temperature -40 to 70℃. Relative humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation).
2. Working environment: Temperature -20 to 50℃; Humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation); Altitude ≤ 2000m; Overvoltage category II.
3. Wiring errors, especially incorrect power connection, can cause complete damage to the sensor!
4. The threaded part and above (including the cable) must be completely isolated from the measured solution (even with glue!). Long-term immersion (dripping) of liquid will damage the sensor!
5. There is a filter capacitor inside the heat shrink tube at the end of the cable (to prevent power fluctuations and interference). Do not cut it off!
6. To ensure accurate measurement by the sensor, it is recommended to keep a 40mm space around the sensor to avoid other substances approaching the sensing area. Different space distances will change the proportionality coefficient, and parameter balancing and compensation should be carried out.
7. When installing, the circular hole of the sensing area should face upwards or be tilted upwards to avoid occasional air bubbles (or use software filtering methods to remove them); suspend the sensor in the solution to prevent contact with the container (simply placing it in the container randomly will cause measurement errors), and keep the probe stationary during the measurement process.
8. If the power is off for a long time and then turned on, the conductance value may drift slightly within 5 to 15 minutes.
9. When installing, do not try to tighten the connection by rotating or twisting the "ring-shaped" end of the sensor, as this may cause the sensor housing to break.
10. When wiring, do not pass the cable of the probe through any pipes with AC or DC current. Electrical signals may interfere with the sensor signal.
11. Due to the significant temperature difference that may exist between the inside of the probe and the detected liquid, it is clearly recommended: in cases requiring precise measurement or rapid response, do not use the built-in temperature sensor of the probe as the temperature sensing element of the detected liquid.
