4. Lathe-assisted, Firmly Welded: Welded at 1100°C, subjected to stress relief at 600°C, and naturally cooled with heat preservation in the furnace.
5. The apertures are uniform, the welding is firm, and the glass plate is perforated by laser.
Technical data

Working Environment Conditions:
1. Temperature range: From normal temperature to 180°C. Abrupt temperature variations should be avoided to prevent cracking.
2. Pressure requirements: The positive and negative pressure differential should not exceed 9.8×10⁴ Pa (approximately 1 kg/cm²) to avoid damage to the filter plate caused by excessive pressure.
3. Chemical environment: The high borosilicate glass material is resistant to acids and alkalis; however, it is not applicable for hydrofluoric acid, hot concentrated phosphoric acid, and concentrated alkaline solutions.
4. Usage environment: It needs to be utilized in a dry and clean setting to evade dust contamination and dampness.
Precautions:
1. Select the Appropriate Filter Plate Aperture: Select filter plates with different pore sizes of G0 to G6 based on the experimental requirements to ensure the filtering effect.
2. Timely Cleaning: Immediately soak in dilute acid or detergent solution after use, and then rinse with distilled water to prevent clogging.
3. Handle with Care: Avoid collisions or drops to prevent damage to the funnel.
4. Regular Inspection: Inspect whether the filter plate is clogged or damaged before use to ensure the normal operation of the funnel.
5. Disinfection and Storage: G5 and G6 filter plates can be used for bacterial filtration. After use, they need to be filtered with an acidic solution and dried for storage.
