Precautions:
1. Ensure that all components of the grinding instrument are in good condition and intact, the fasteners are firm, and the hammer blades, screens, etc. are installed correctly and without damage.
2. Inspect that the power cord has no damage, aging or loosening, and ensure that the equipment is well grounded to prevent electric shock.
3. Ensure that there are no sundries or foreign objects around the grinding instrument to avoid affecting the operation of the equipment or causing safety hazards.
4. Conduct pretreatment such as drying and crushing of the samples in accordance with the experimental requirements to ensure that the sample size complies with the equipment requirements. Avoid grinding dangerous samples.

8. Avoid the equipment from idling for a long time to reduce wear and energy waste.
9. During the grinding process, the operator shall not leave the equipment to handle unexpected situations in a timely manner.
10. After grinding, stop the equipment normally as indicated in the operation manual, and avoid sudden power failure or forced shutdown.
11. After use, clean the grinding cavity, screens and hammer blades promptly to prevent cross-contamination of samples.
12. Regularly check the wear condition of the hammer blades, lubricate the key components to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
13. Place the equipment on a stable and vibration-free countertop and avoid operating it in an explosive gas environment.
