Tissue Homogenizer is an experimental apparatus specially utilized for the fragmentation and homogenization of biological specimens, such as cells and tissues.

Precautions:
1. Verify whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated on the motor.
2. Prepare an appropriate quantity of materials in accordance with the processing capacity of the equipment; neither excessive nor insufficient amounts are appropriate.
3. Keep a close watch on the operating status of the equipment. In the event of abnormal sounds, jamming of rotating components, overheating, or smoke emission, the machine should be shut down immediately.
4. It is strictly prohibited to idle the machine in the absence of materials and liquids or grease to prevent damage to machine components.
5. Promptly clean the residues on the components and carry out disinfection treatment when necessary. Wash with warm water and neutral detergent. For difficult-to-clean stains, gently scrub with a soft brush. After cleaning, dry with a dry cloth.
6. Examine whether components such as the knife shaft are worn or damaged. If there are any issues, replace or repair them promptly.
7. Position the machine in a dry and well-ventilated place to avoid the influence of moisture and corrosive substances on the equipment's performance.
8. Avoid prolonged continuous usage to prevent the motor from overheating.
