Long Tube Respirators

1. The body is made of stainless steel, with a sturdy shell and a compact and portable size.

Working Environment Conditions:
1. Examine whether the fan, mask, hose, black tube, and belt are damaged.
2. Connect the mask to the hose and the hose to the machine.
3. Plug in the voltage, switch on, and when the air in the hose is exhausted, put on the mask and belt for usage.
4. Storage Conditions: It should be kept in a dry and well-ventilated place, protected from dampness, dust, and corrosion. Coil the long tube neatly to avoid folding and compression.

Precautions:
1. Non-explosion-proof models must not be utilized in flammable and explosive environments. Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Oil contamination is prohibited.
2. For explosion-proof products, oil contamination is also forbidden.
3. Before using the long-tube electric respirator, all interfaces must be inspected to ensure no looseness, and the tube walls must have no damage or flattening.
4. The belt should be fastened tightly. The long tube should be straightened. When wearing it, be cautious to prevent damage to the mask or influence on its use due to violent movement or forced dragging.
5. Position the electric blower in an environment with good air circulation, cleanliness, non-toxicity, and no dust. Pay attention to the wind direction to avoid dust inhalation. The electric blower must not be exposed to rain or submersion, and precautions should be taken against dust and dampness.
6. Wearing personnel should be mindful of trimming their beards and sideburns. Dense beards and sideburns can affect the sealing performance of the mask.
7. During usage, the electric blower should be monitored by someone.
8. When experiencing breathing difficulties; feeling drowsy due to harmful gases; smelling the odor of harmful gases; suffering irritation to the eyes, nose, mouth, etc. due to harmful gases; observing abnormal air flow or cessation of air supply; or when the operation stops due to power outages, malfunctions, or other reasons, work should be immediately ceased and the site evacuated.
