Programmable Power Supplies are power supply devices that can provide a stable DC voltage output and be programmed to adjust the output voltage, current, and other parameters.

Precautions:

2. Before connecting the load, adjust the output voltage and current of the power supply to their minimum values.
3. It is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment beyond the rated voltage and current ranges. Doing so may damage to the equipment or lead to safety accidents.
4. When it becomes necessary to adjust the voltage or current, the load must be disconnected first. 
5.  If the load short-circuits or becomes overloaded, causing protection to activate, first disconnect the load. Then, press the "Reset" button or reopen the power supply. Finally, access the load after removing the fault.
6. Ensure that the power supply is operating in an environment with adequate ventilation , avoid using it for a long time in a high temperature environment, in order to prevent overheating and damage to the equipment due to poor heat dissipation. Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and cooling vents to prevent the accumulation of dust, which can impede the efficiency of heat dissipation. 
7. Avoid frequently switching the power supply on and off because the internal circuitry experiences a certain amount of shock every time it is switched on or off, and frequent switching may shorten the power supply's service life.
8. After use, gradually adjust the output voltage and current to their minimum values before turning off the power switch. This sequence of operations helps to ensure the safety of both the equipment and the connected load. 
9. After turning off the power supply, promptly disconnect the load from the power source. This action prevents the load from remaining energized, thereby eliminating potential safety risks to both the load and personnel in the vicinity. 
10. Regular maintenance and cleaning of the power supply are essential to keep the equipment neat and in good condition. Use a clean, soft cloth to gently wipe the surface of the equipment and avoid cleaning agents containing corrosive substances. 
11. When not in use for an extended period, store the power supply in a dry, well - ventilated environment free from corrosive gases. Protect the equipment from direct sunlight and moisture, and ensure that it is in the powered - off state. These storage conditions help to prevent damage and deterioration of the power supply over time.
