6. Component Protection: Always install the magnetic sleeve during operation to prevent the magnetic rod from directly contacting the solution. If the magnetic rod or magnetic sleeve is contaminated, wipe it with 75% ethanol or distilled water.
7. Transport Lock: Use the transport lock to secure the components when transporting or moving the instrument to prevent damage.
8. The extraction results from three homogeneous samples at high, medium, and low concentrations shall demonstrate a coefficient of variation (CV) no greater than 15%.
