The Automatic Blaine Air Permeability Tester incorporates high-reliability Microcontroller Unit and integrated circuits. 1. With the exception of manual material loading, the entire experimental process is automatically executed, thereby effectively eliminating human errors.
2. One measurement result can be obtained by pressing the measurement button once.
3. Scope of application: It is applicable to the scope stipulated in GB8074 - 2008.
4. It has the capabilities of data retention during power suspension or outages, automatic timing, automatic temperature measurement, automatic water - level detection, automatic detection of the instrument's operating status, automatic result calculation and display, and full - fledged automatic measurement functions.

Precautions：
1. It should be wiped frequently to keep it clean. When not in use, it should be stored in the box for future use.
2. The liquid level in the pressure gauge should be maintained at the specified height.
3. After the test, clean the permeability cell and the perforated plate and store them in the accessory box for future use.
4. Before the test, check whether the electromagnetic pump rotates normally. The negative pressure should be adjusted in advance to prevent accidental liquid aspiration into the electromagnetic pump. If liquid ingress occur, immediately initiate a dry-run operation for a period of time until the liquid is naturally drained before using it again.
