Overview
The six-stage sieve impact air microbial sampler is a dual-function stepped multi-stage impact sampler. It can be widely used for monitoring and research on air microorganisms in environments such as biological clean rooms and fermentation industries, as well as in relevant research and teaching departments. It provides a basis for evaluating the hazards of air microbial pollution and the effectiveness of prevention and control measures. 1. Enhanced measurement function: It can simultaneously measure the quantity of air microbial contamination and the distribution of particle sizes.
2. Six-stage impact principle: By using the principle of six repeated impacts, it can collect particles within a broader size range than single-stage devices.
3. High-efficiency circular nozzle: The circular nozzle of the impactor has a higher sampling efficiency than slit-type nozzles and others.
4. Gradually increasing humidity: During sampling, the relative humidity inside gradually increases (from 29% at Stage 1 to 88% at Stage 6), which is highly beneficial for the survival of fragile pathogenic microorganisms, especially virus particles.

1. Assemble the sampler and calibrate the flow rate to 28.3 L/min.
2. Wear a mask when placing the culture dish to avoid contamination.
3. The sampling time should not exceed 30 minutes.
4. Invert the petri dishes for 48 hours of incubation and count the colonies.
