Overview
The particle counter, whose confidence level measurement and verification are in accordance with the standards GB/T6167-2007 and calibration specifications JF1190-2008, automatically determines the purification level. The cleanliness grade determination criteria comply with ISO14644 and F820E. One-time sampling can simultaneously measure the number of dust particles in six particle size channels, and simultaneously display the number of particles in each of the six particle size channels and their changes.
