Overview
The Dry Bath Incubator is a laboratory device that is microcomputer-controlled and uses high-purity aluminum as the heat-conducting medium to replace the traditional water bath. It is widely used in the constant-temperature incubation process of various biochemical samples, such as sample preservation and reaction, pre-denaturation for DNA amplification and electrophoresis, and serum coagulation.

1. Prior to the cooling of the metal bath, do not touch the metal bath module with bare hands to prevent injury.
2. Equipment inspection: Before utilization, inspect the appearance of the equipment, power connection, heating elements and temperature controller for normality.
3. Temperature setting: Set an appropriate temperature in accordance with the experimental requirements and calibrate the temperature controller periodically to ensure accuracy.
4. Sample placement: Position the sample container correctly within the metal bath, ensuring full contact with the metal block. Avoid the use of containers that are overly large or small.
5. Safety protection: Wear protective gloves and goggles to avoid burns from high temperatures or chemical corrosion.
6. Prevention of liquid splashing: Prevent liquid from splashing into the interior of the equipment to avoid short circuits or damage.
7. Environmental requirements: Employ in a dry and well-ventilated environment, distant from flammable items and corrosive gases.
