Overview
Ultrapure and Pure Water Purification System is a piece of equipment utilized for generating highly purified water. By means of techniques such as pretreatment, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, ultraviolet disinfection, and others, it purifies ordinary water into ultrapure water with a resistivity reaching up to 18.25 MΩ·cm. It is extensively applied in domains like laboratories and electronics, possessing characteristics such as a high degree of automation, low operating costs, and stable water quality. Regular replacement of consumables and maintenance can guarantee the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Features
1. Suitable for various urban tap water, and the chassis adopts the spray plastic technology.
2. All filter elements of the entire system are fabricated using the injection molding technology and are built-in the chassis.
3. The Korean-style quick-insert filter columns facilitate convenient replacement and maintenance.
4. The electrical and water circuits are thoroughly separated to prevent circuit malfunctions resulting from moisture and water leakage.
5. The online water quality monitoring system features three online water quality monitoring functions: monitoring of the inlet water source, pure water, and ultrapure water.
6. The fully automatic RO membrane anti-fouling flushing program enables automatic machine shutdown when tap water is cut off, automatic water cutoff during machine shutdown, automatic water replenishment for the water storage tank, and automatic machine shutdown when the tank is full.
7. All pipelines are NSF-certified and possess the function of upgrading water quality and quantity.
8. A portable TDS pen is equipped, allowing for the testing of TDS content, conductance, and water temperature at any time and any place.
9. Double electric water outlets are provided, with two types of water quality available for immediate use.
10. The front and rear door design enables simple and rapid filter element replacement. The entire process does not require any tools, and the filter element replacement can be accomplished effortlessly.

1. Prior to startup: Inspect the water source, power supply and consumables to ensure their normality.
2. At the time of startup: Commence with the water supply, followed by the power supply, and observe the operational status of the equipment.
3. During operation: Regularly monitor the water quality, refrain from frequent startup and shutdown, and maintain the cleanliness of the equipment.
4. When shutting down: Disconnect the power first, then the water. In the case of long-term shutdown, evacuate the system.
5. Maintenance of consumables: Regularly replace filter elements, membranes and other consumables, disinfect at regular intervals, and inspect the sealing property.
6. Abnormal situation handling: In the event of an alarm or abnormal water quality, promptly stop the machine for inspection.
7. Safe operation: Avoid electric shock and scalding, and strictly adhere to the operational procedures.
