Overview
Ultrapure and Pure Water Purification System is a piece of equipment utilized for generating highly purified water. By means of techniques such as pretreatment, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, ultraviolet disinfection, and others, it purifies ordinary water into ultrapure water with a resistivity reaching up to 18.25 MΩ·cm. It is extensively applied in domains like laboratories and electronics, possessing characteristics such as a high degree of automation, low operating costs, and stable water quality. Regular replacement of consumables and maintenance can guarantee the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Features
1. The chassis adopts the ABS spray-plastic process and is equipped with a detachable drainage trough.
2. All Korean-style quick-insert filter columns in the entire system are built-in the chassis; maintenance and replacement are convenient.
3. The online water quality monitoring system can instantly measure the water quality of the produced water.
4. A portable TDS pen is equipped, enabling the testing of TDS content, conductance, and water temperature anytime and anywhere.
5. Touch keys are provided, with two types of water quality, ready for immediate use.
6. The gentle touch door opening design makes the replacement of filter cartridges simple and fast. The entire process does not require any tools, and the filter cartridge replacement can be easily accomplished.
7. It supports the WIFI expansion interface and provides the remote monitoring function of the mobile phone APP. (Optional)
8. Four user passwords and factory passwords are provided for protection.
9. The perfect RO pure water and ultrapure water production, system water intake, and system flushing functions are available.
10. The perfect functions of raw water pressure display, no-water protection, high-pressure full-water protection, and fault alarm are provided.
11. The perfect consumable life management function is available, supporting the unique identity ID identification function of consumables to prevent counterfeit and inferior non-original consumables. (Optional)
12. It is powered by the main power supply of low-voltage 24VDC, which conforms to safety regulations, meets the requirements for use in humid environments, and does not cause harm to the human body.
Technical data
1. Prior to startup: Inspect the water source, power supply and consumables to ensure their normality.
2. At the time of startup: Commence with the water supply, followed by the power supply, and observe the operational status of the equipment.
3. During operation: Regularly monitor the water quality, refrain from frequent startup and shutdown, and maintain the cleanliness of the equipment.
4. When shutting down: Disconnect the power first, then the water. In the case of long-term shutdown, evacuate the system.
5. Maintenance of consumables: Regularly replace filter elements, membranes and other consumables, disinfect at regular intervals, and inspect the sealing property.
6. Abnormal situation handling: In the event of an alarm or abnormal water quality, promptly stop the machine for inspection.
7. Safe operation: Avoid electric shock and scalding, and strictly adhere to the operational procedures.
