Precautions:
1. Examine whether the screws are loose, whether the components are damaged, and whether the cutting tools are severely worn.
2. Remove any sundries from the cutting area to ensure cleanliness.
3. Inspect the power cord for intactness, absence of damage, aging or looseness, and ensure a proper grounding to prevent electric shock.
4. Ensure that no one is in the vicinity of the equipment to prevent injury from splashing materials.
5. Position the equipment in a dry, clean and appropriately temperature-controlled environment to avoid the influence of humidity on the electrical components.
6. Maintain good ventilation, particularly when handling dusty materials, to prevent the accumulation of dust.
7. During operation, no part of the body should approach the operating components.
8. It is strictly prohibited to insert hands into the grinder, and it is not allowed to retrieve jammed objects when the pulley is in rotation.
9. When the material is overly large or excessive material is added, resulting in machine jamming, the machine should be stopped immediately to prevent damage to the motor.
10. Ensure that the material is evenly placed at the feed inlet to avoid machine vibration or damage.
11. Regularly clean the grinding chamber and the filter to prevent the accumulation of dust and impurities.
12. Regularly inspect the wear condition of the cutting tools and replace those that are severely worn in a timely manner.
