Safety Cabinets are specialized equipment employed for the storage of hazardous substances, chemicals, or significant items, typically fabricated from fire-resistant, explosion-proof, and anti-corrosion materials. 1. Double-layer Reinforced Steel Plates: The entire cabinet is constructed with double-layer reinforced steel plates, with an interspace of 38mm, forming a fireproof isolation layer and enhancing the fireproof performance.
2. Load-bearing Galvanized Shelves: The galvanized shelves are anti-corrosive and have a strong load-bearing capacity, capable of supporting 400L steel safety tanks. Even when the zinc coating is damaged, corrosion can still be prevented through cathodic protection.
3. Leak-proof Liquid Trough: A 50mm high leak-proof liquid trough at the bottom is provided to prevent the spillage of hazardous liquids and safeguard the safety of personnel.
4. Ventilation and Air Permeation Holes: Ventilation holes are arranged on both sides of the cabinet, filled with fireproof cotton to reduce the concentration of volatile substances and prevent potential fire hazards.
5. Electrostatic Grounding Conductor: An electrostatic grounding conductor is installed in accordance with OSHA regulations to prevent fires initiated by electrostatic sparks.
6. Three-point Interlocking Lock: The solid lock door with a three-sided and four-point locking structure ensures enhanced safety and reliability.
7. Thickened Hinges: Premium galvanized hinges are employed, with a material thickness of 1.2mm and an enlarged hinge shaft diameter, far surpassing the common dimensions available in the market.
8. Conspicuous Label Design: The cabinet is affixed with distinct labels to facilitate the differentiation by staff and remind those around to be cautious for safety.
