Overview
Refrigerated And Heated Circulator is a multifunctional device capable of concurrently realizing both refrigeration and heating capabilities. Through the refrigeration system, it can transfer heat from low-temperature regions to high-temperature regions, attaining the refrigeration effect; whereas the heating system can convert electrical energy into heat energy, rapidly increasing the temperature. It is extensively applied in domains such as laboratories and industrial production, and can precisely control the temperature to ensure the stable advancement of experiments or production processes.
Features
1. Intelligent PID Control Unit: The PID temperature control system can be automatically searched or manually adjusted, featuring stronger temperature stability. The temperature correction function can reach 0.01 ℃.
2. PT100 Temperature Sensor: The heating tube is fabricated from SUS304 stainless steel, and the PT100 three-wire system ensures more accurate temperature measurement.
3. Copper Core Motor Circulation Pump: The pure copper core motor, with rotor processed by CNC gear grinding, enables rapid circulation, is stable and low-noise, effectively guaranteeing temperature uniformity.
4. Internal Circulation Mode: Connecting the water inlet and outlet of the thermostatic bath with a single hose is termed as internal circulation.
5. External Circulation Mode: External circulation can extract the constant-temperature liquid within the bath to the exterior to establish a second constant-temperature field. It can also serve as a cold source to guide the refrigerated liquid inside the bath to the external experimental container for easier cooling.

1. Adequate Ventilation: Ensure a free flow of air around the equipment to avoid heat accumulation.
2. Absence of Corrosive Gases: Avoid usage in environments containing corrosive gases such as acids and alkalis to prevent equipment damage.
3. Free from Strong Electromagnetic Interference: Stay away from strong electromagnetic fields to evade influencing the electrical system of the equipment.
4. Flat and Stable Ground: The ground where the equipment is placed should be level and stable to prevent the equipment from tilting or swaying.
5. Stable Power Supply: Provide a stable power supply that complies with the equipment's requirements to avoid voltage fluctuations.
