The potentiometric titrator is a precise instrument used in chemical analysis. It determines the concentration of specific components in a sample by automatically adding titrant. This instrument operates based on the principle of potentiometric titration, which determines the titration endpoint by monitoring the changes in the electromotive force of the battery during the titration process. It is a general-purpose basic equipment in laboratories and is widely used in fields such as food, drug inspection, disease control, commodity inspection, water treatment, petroleum, chemical engineering, marine, power, environmental protection, new energy, teaching, and research.


1. The equipment meets the 0.05 grade requirements of the JJG814-2015 standard "Automatic Potentiometric Titrator", meaning the maximum indication error of the instrument is ±1.5%, and the indication repeatability is ≤0.2%.
2. It supports dynamic titration, equal-volume titration, and manual titration methods. Users can preset the titration endpoint or have the endpoint automatically identified, allowing them to select the best titration workflow based on the characteristics of the sample.
3. Customizable calculation formulas are available. Users can set up calculation formulas based on the chemical equation of the reaction in advance, and the content of the analyte will be automatically obtained after titration.
4. Titration methods can be self-written and saved, forming a quick mode for titration methods. When in use, they can be directly selected and run. At least 100 titration methods can be saved.
5. Exhaust function: It can remove air bubbles from the titration tube or pipeline to avoid titration errors caused by air bubbles.
6. Rinse function: It can fill the pipeline with reagent with the minimum reagent consumption, achieving reagent savings while reducing titration errors caused by reagent mixing.
7. Emptying function: After the experiment, the liquid in the pipeline can be collected in the titration tube, avoiding the spillage of the solution when disassembling the pipeline.

3. Calibrate the instrument: Use standard buffer solutions to calibrate the electrode. Do not adjust the knobs after calibration.
4. Prepare the reagents: Ensure the purity and concentration of the reagents meet the requirements.
5. Control the titration speed: Slow down the titration speed as the endpoint approaches to ensure accurate endpoint determination.
6. Observe the electrode status: Ensure the electrode is always immersed in the solution.
7. Avoid air bubbles: Ensure there are no air bubbles in the burette and tubing, as they may affect the accuracy.
9. Clean the titration unit: Empty the liquid in the burette and clean the tubing with pure water or ethanol.
10. Wear protective equipment: Wear gloves, goggles, etc. during operation.
