The Electrostatic Voltmeter is a measurement instrument designed to detect the electrostatic voltage on the surface of electrostatically charged objects. By employing non-contact measurement techniques, it minimizes the perturbation of the electrostatic field on the object's surface caused by the detector itself, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the measurement results.

Technical data

Precautions:
1. Do not touch the static detection window with sharp objects.
2. The display screen should not be subjected to heavy pressure to avoid breakage.
3. The product must not come into contact with water stains, otherwise abnormal conditions may occur, leading to electric shock or fire.
4. Do not touch the static detection head during detection.
5. Ensure that the sensor window area is not contaminated by particles and dust.
6. There should be no obstructions between the detector and the object being detected, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the detection results.
7. There should be no electrical equipment within the detection range of the detector that could affect its performance and accuracy. Otherwise, internal equipment and chips may malfunction or be damaged.
8. To accurately measure charged objects, the plane of the detector's detection window must be parallel to the surface of the object being measured.
9. Use the detector 5 seconds after turning on the power button. Otherwise, the displayed data may be unstable at times.
10. When the charged object is smaller than the calibration plate, the measured value will be smaller than the actual static value of the charged object; when the charged object is larger than the calibration plate, the measured value will be larger than the actual static value of the charged object.
11. Do not zero the detector when there is static charge or during the static measurement process (except for the static calibration process). If zeroing is done during the static measurement, the displayed static value will be zero. Do not install the detector near high-voltage equipment such as high-voltage power supplies, static generators, ion generators, or static eliminators, as high voltage can affect the performance and accuracy of the detector.
12. Exceeding the detection range may cause product failure.
13. This detector is a precision instrument. Do not disassemble it.
14. Mechanical shocks such as drops or collisions may cause malfunctions.
