Balance is mainly realized for precise weighing based on the principle of electromagnetic force balance or strain gauge sensing technology. When an object is placed on the weighing platform of the balance, the sensor detects the minute changes caused by the object and converts them into digital signals via an electronic system, which are eventually displayed on the screen.

Technical data

Environmental Conditions:
1. The workshop should be maintained clean and dry.
2. The balance should be placed on a stable and fixed workbench (it is suggested to be placed on a marble platform).
3. The workbench should be distant from doors and windows to minimize the impact of airflows resulting from their opening.
4. The workbench should be positioned in an area with minimal vibration interference.
5. The balance should be placed in a location that avoids direct sunlight and is distant from heat sources that may cause temperature variations.
6. Please refrain from connecting to large machines or equipment with interference to avoid disturbances from other devices.
7. Dry environments are prone to static electricity; corresponding measures should be adopted to prevent the impact of static electricity on weighing.
8. The balance should be kept away from magnetic or objects and equipment capable of generating magnetic fields.
9. The balance must not be utilized in areas with explosive hazards.
10. The balance should not be employed for extended periods in environments with high humidity or excessive dust.
11. When the balance is transferred from a colder environment to a warmer one, moisture in the air can condense within the balance, thereby influencing the accuracy and reliability of weighing. To eliminate the effect of moisture condensation, the balance can be placed at room temperature without power for 2 hours before use.

Precautions:
1. Prior to using the balance, it should be horizontally positioned. Adjust the level using the adjustment screws at the bottom of the balance until the bubble in the level gauge is centered within the circle. To ensure accurate weighing, it is essential to ensure adequate preheating of the balance (a preheating time of one hour is recommended).
2. Do not use sharp objects (such as pencils or ballpoint pens) to press the keys; only use fingers for key pressing.
3. Take care to prevent objects from falling from heights onto the weighing pan to avoid damaging the weighing mechanism.
4. Do not expose the balance to high humidity or dusty environments for prolonged periods.
5. After using the balance, it is advisable to cover it with a cover to prevent dust infiltration.
6. When weighing powders and fine particles, ensure the use of appropriate containers to prevent dust and particles from entering the weighing sensor beneath the weighing pan.
7. When calibrating with weights, please wear gloves and refrain from handling the weights directly with hands.
8. Maintain the balance clean and dry.
9. Do not employ corrosive cleaning agents (such as solvents); a non-linting soft cloth dampened with water and a little neutral detergent (soap) can be used for cleaning.
10. Before cleaning, unplug the power supply. During cleaning, be cautious to prevent water from entering the balance.
11. After cleaning, carefully dry the balance with a dry non-linting soft cloth.
12. Regularly calibrate the balance with standard weights to ensure its precision.
