Infrared Inoculated Loop Sterilizer is a kind of equipment using infrared heat to sterilize, which is widely used in laboratory to sterilize high temperature resistant items such as inoculation loop and inoculation needle.

Technical data
Precautions for the use of infrared inoculation loop sterilizer:
1. Ensure the power supply of the equipment is stable to avoid damage to the equipment or poor sterilization effect due to voltage fluctuations.
2. Use it in a well-ventilated environment. The ambient temperature should be between 5℃ and 40℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 90%.
3. The low setting at 400℃ is for heat preservation, and the high setting at 825-850℃ is for sterilization.
4. It is recommended to switch to the low setting for heat preservation during intermittent operation. The low setting is for heat preservation during intermittent use, and the high setting is for sterilization. After preheating at the high setting for 10-15 minutes (or 4-6 minutes after switching from the low setting to the high setting), the instrument reaches the high-temperature sterilization state. Insert the inoculation loop into the center for 5-7 seconds.
5. The temperature around the quartz tube is approximately 200℃ during operation. Please pay attention to your own safety and avoid burns.
6. Only use the original and clean heating tubes provided by the manufacturer; otherwise, the sterilization temperature may decrease.
7. Regularly maintain and service the equipment to ensure its normal operation and service life.
