COD Digestion Device is an experimental equipment utilized for determining the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD),and is extensively employed in domains such as environmental monitoring, sewage treatment, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It oxidizes the organic substances in water samples into carbon dioxide and water via high-temperature digestion and chemical reactions, thereby determining the COD value. This device adopts air-cooling technology in place of traditional water-cooling, conserving water and energy. Meanwhile, it is equipped with automatic temperature control and timing functions, is straightforward to operate, and has high safety.

1. Cooling System: The large fan cooling system, in conjunction with the upgraded condenser tube, effectively dissipates heat from the digested samples, offering superior condensation effects and guaranteeing the parallelism and accuracy of the digested samples.
2. Structural Design: The instrument adopts a dual support rod design, effectively averting damage caused by rough transportation and prolonging the instrument's service life.
3. Heating with Microcrystalline Glass Panel: Utilizing a microcrystalline glass panel for heating, it can withstand temperatures up to 800°C. It features rapid heating depth, uniform heat generation for high-temperature samples, and a smooth surface that is effortless to clean.
4. Heating System: The heating wire of the furnace is fabricated using a novel anti-oxidation alloy through a specialized process, boasting high heating efficiency and an extremely long lifespan.
