Distillation Apparatus is an instrument that takes advantage of the differences in volatility among the components of a liquid mixture. Under heating conditions, it partially vaporizes the liquid and then recondenses the vapor into liquid through cooling, thereby achieving separation and purification.


1. The heating component is formed by infrared ceramic molds, featuring high thermal conversion efficiency, uniform heating, no boiling over, and corrosion resistance.
2. The instrument not only supports simultaneous determination of different types of samples, but also allows for the testing of other samples during the operation of the instrument.
3. RDAP-A-01 automatically completes heating, temperature control, cooling water refrigeration, cooling water circulation, and distillation endpoint detection without the need for manual intervention.
4. The overall structure is rationally designed, with firm connections, capable of withstanding various physical and chemical effects during the distillation process.
5. By precisely controlling the distillation process, solvent evaporation and emissions are reduced, minimizing environmental pollution.

Precautions:
1. Ensure that all components of the distillation apparatus, such as the distillation flask, condenser, receiver, thermometer, etc., are intact without cracks or damages.
2. Check that all connections are properly sealed.
3. Make sure that the cooling water in the condenser can flow smoothly without any blockage. The inlet and outlet of the cooling water should be connected correctly, and the flow rate should be moderate to ensure good condensation effect.
4. After the experiment, turn off the heating device first to stop heating. Wait until the liquid in the distillation flask cools to room temperature before proceeding with subsequent operations.
5. Clean all components of the distillation apparatus thoroughly, especially the distillation flask, condenser, and receiver, to remove any residual liquids and impurities.
6. Store the distillation apparatus in a dry, clean, and well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and humid environments.
7. During the distillation process, flammable, explosive, or toxic vapors may be produced. Therefore, the operation should be carried out in a well-ventilated environment. If necessary, use ventilation equipment such as a fume hood to ensure experimental safety.
8. During the operation of the distillation apparatus, the temperature of the heating device, distillation flask, and other components will be very high. Avoid direct contact with these high-temperature components to prevent burns.
