Glassware Washers are applicable for the cleaning and drying of vessels such as sample vials, test tubes, beakers, pipettes, Erlenmeyer flasks, volumetric flasks, etc. in various laboratories. The material of the Cleaning Cabin is SUS316, and the shell material is SUS304, which are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Both the Cleaning Cabin and the equipment shell as well as the door are equipped with insulation and noise reduction layers, featuring low noise and higher energy efficiency.


1. RGW-A-03: High-temperature circulating water pump, with a water output rate of 800L/min. The fan blades undergo high-temperature resistant treatment and exhibit essentially no attenuation when operating at 93℃. The cleaning compartment is internally furnished with double-layer 360° rotating spray arms, comprehensively eliminating all cleaning blind spots.
2. Through microcomputer control, it conducts cleaning, disinfection and drying of both the inner and outer surface stains as well as various chemical residues of various laboratory glassware.
3. The safety door lock is designed in such a way that during the cleaning process, the door body is locked and cannot be opened, preventing water spraying, scalding, etc. caused by misoperation. It also possesses an emergency door opening function, enabling the door to be opened rapidly to retrieve the glassware after a power failure.
4. Complete protection functions are provided, including alarms for the absence of cleaning agent, door opening, water overflow, and insufficient water inflow speed.
