Overview
Glassware Washers are specialized automated equipment designed for cleaning laboratory glassware such as beakers, volumetric flasks, test tubes, etc. Through the principle of high-pressure hydrodynamics and advanced automation control technology, it achieves full automation in the processes of cleaning, rinsing, and drying, ensuring that the glassware reaches a high level of cleanliness.

1. The inner chamber seams are welded by roll welding technology, effectively preventing metal corrosion.
2. The spray arms are designed in a diamond-shaped, ensuring balanced water pressure at all parts and consistent water flow at each point. They rotate quickly and provide excellent cleaning results.
3. The circulating spray design ensures no residual water inside, achieving effective drainage and ensuring reasonable water pressure and water volume distribution.
4. The door panel is formed through one-time stamping, guaranteeing optimal chamber sealing. It includes a quadruple safety interlock system and a pause function.
5. The control system uses a Siemens PLC controller, which is resistant to high-temperature environments and has a long service life.
6. Multiple safety protections are provided, including electrical protection, heating protection, leakage protection, and drying protection.

Working Environment Conditions:
1. Electrical requirements: The equipment comes with a rubber cable and needs to be connected to a suitable circuit breaker (the circuit breaker must be grounded).
2. Water inlet requirements: Meet the water inlet requirements based on the equipment's needs (2 water inlets: cold water and pure water; 4 water inlets: cold water, hot water, pure water and condensate water).
3. Drainage requirements: Meet the drainage requirements based on the equipment's needs (1 drainage outlet and 2 drainage outlets).
4. Power supply for the equipment: The power supply cable for the equipment is only about 1.8 meters long, so the circuit needs to be modified according to the location of the laboratory's main power supply box in accordance with the electrical requirements.
5. Location of the drainage outlet: The drainage pipe of the equipment is only about 2.5 meters long, so the installation location of the equipment cannot be too far from the drainage outlet. The maximum distance should not exceed 4 meters, otherwise it will affect the operation of the drainage system.
6. Location of the water inlet: The water inlet pipe of the equipment is only about 1.8 meters long, so the installation location of the equipment cannot be too far from the water source. If it is too far, please purchase an extension pipe according to the water inlet interface required by the water inlet requirements.
Precautions:
1. Before each use of the equipment, users must conduct a series of routine checks. These include checking whether the filter screen, door seal and cleaning chamber are clean, whether the upper and lower spray arms rotate smoothly, whether the cleaning agent has expired, and whether the pipeline for the cleaning agent is unobstructed.
2. Clean the filter screen in the cleaning chamber: The filter screen at the bottom of the cleaning chamber is used to prevent large pieces of dirt from entering the circulation system. The accumulation of large pieces of dirt may cause the filter screen to be blocked and the circulation system to malfunction. Therefore, these filters must be checked daily and cleaned by disassembling them when necessary.
3. Clean the spray arms: The spray arms can become clogged, so they need to be checked every day. Use a pointed object to push small particles into the spray arms and then rinse them thoroughly under running water. After cleaning the spray arms, reinstall them or screw them back in place. Note: After reinstallation, please check if the spray arms can rotate freely.
4. Clean the cleaning chamber: The cleaning chamber is usually self-cleaning. It is essential to keep the cleaning chamber clean to ensure that the items being cleaned achieve the expected cleaning effect.

6. Clean the exterior of the equipment: The control panel is made of acrylic and the shell is made of 304L stainless steel. Fingerprint marks and dirt can easily accumulate over time, so regular cleaning is necessary.
