Precautions
1. Check whether the nut at the hydrogen outlet is securely tightened and whether the upper cover of the purifier is tightly fastened to maintain proper instrument sealing.
2. Monitor the pressure. The pressure value will gradually increase at a slow pace and reach approximately 0.3 MPa within 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Upon power connection, the intake tube automatically initiates liquid replenishment into the system. After complete consumption of the pre-diluted analytical-grade KOH solution, remove the liquid inlet tube from the container and insert it into a bucket filled with distilled water or deionized water. Simultaneously, the "output pressure" value on the screen will start to increase. When the instrument detects a lack of water, it will automatically replenish water.
4. Open the upper cover of the external purifier, replace the adsorbent material, and firmly tighten the upper cover of the sealed purifier before operating the instrument.
5. Maintenance of the electrolytic cell: It is advisable to replace the electrolyte after one year of instrument use. The specific procedure is as follows: Place the instrument on a tabletop, open the liquid discharge port to drain the electrolyte, then rinse it twice with distilled water. After rinsing, add fresh electrolyte according to the electrolyte preparation method.
