The Leeb Hardness Meter is an instrument that calculates the hardness value by measuring the speed change of an impact body before and after it impacts the surface of the metal being tested under the action of a certain force with a certain mass impact body.

Precautions:
1. Do not use in environments with strong vibration, severe dust, corrosive gases or strong magnetic fields.
2. The surface of the sample must have a metallic luster, be flat, smooth, and free of oil stains. It should not be dirty, oxidized, or scratched, and the surface roughness should meet the requirements.
3. Calibration with a standard Leeb hardness block is required before use.
4. Select the appropriate impact device based on the material quality, shape, and thickness to be measured.
5. After use, clean the hardness tester, cover it with a dust cover, and keep it clean.
